Refund & Return Policy

We want every pet parent to love what they receive from Pawsome Co. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Digital downloads
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at pawsomecoshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.


How to Start a Return

Email us at pawsomecoshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order.
