We know you can't wait to spoil your fur baby — here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

We ship to customers in the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada & UK: 10–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–30 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.


Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over $35
  • Standard shipping: $4.99 on orders under $35

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs policies before ordering.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number
  • Email us at pawsomecoshop@gmail.com if the issue is unresolved

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Pawsome Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at pawsomecoshop@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.
